    Welcome to the SDC Forum!
    I have owned two restomod 1959 Studebaker pickups.
    Your pickup is modified so anything goes, but FYI Studebaker did not use the Transtar name in the 1959 model year.

      thanks for your input, I was told by the previous owner it was a 1957, but the title says 1959, so must be a real 1957, Not modified except dual carbs and T10 Transmission

        Was gonna ask about the transmission, but you already said it is a 4-speed.

          Thanks Joe from another Joe, the trans is a 5 speed T-5, it's not a T10 or a 1959
