Ididit and Flaming River both make steering columns. But you'll have to do the engineering so that it will fit the steering box.

If you are fortunate to have access to an older parts re-cycler a GM tilt steering column without the key in the column is a superior unit to put into your car. Prior to 1969 for GM cars and after 1972 for GM trucks you will find the column does not have the ignition switch which I prefer otherwise you will need three keys to operate your Stude unless of course you change the door and glove box locks.
I used a Flaming River tilt column and I could never keep it from rattling.
