            I suppose that'd be a $10-20,000 cost to restore properly, there may be some useful parts on it.

                Isn't this the guy in Texas who had about twenty '56Js and finally started selling them? If memory serves, this is the third or fourth he has had on eBay. One of them went to our friend Richard in England.

                    John, I spent 22K on restoring a solid, 57 Golden Hawk 5 years ago, and I did the work. The 56 posted would make that seem like chump change after you spent a extra 5-7K on new sheet metal.

                            The guys name is Richard and he went through here (Arizona) a couple of years back and bought up every C & K he could get . I sold my '56 Golden to him, he bought several cars from other friends of mine. He must have 50 (guess) Hawk types by now. I guess he is culling out the ratty stuff.
