Your '63 Lark Custom 4 Door is definitely worth more in Parts.
The Custom Trim top of the line Door Panels, if only the Chrome Silver Trim Vinyl is good, are desirable to upgrade a Regal Trim Model or replace same.

Wiper Motor $45.00 to $60.00 running
Engine 259 Full Flow V8 if it turns & Runs $250.00-$300.00
If it does not bring top $ you sell the Starter, Alternator, Carb. and Air Cleaner separately.
Transmission Borg Warner 3 Speed Automatic $65.00
Dana Model 27 Rear Axle $100.00
Bare Dashboard ? $50.00 if good
        Speedometer $45.00
        Gauge cluster $45.00
        Body Side Mouldings (12) $25.00 ea. = $300.00
Rear Body Panel Center Moulding $60.00
        " " " End Mldgs. $35.00 ea. = $70.00
Stainless Steel Mouldings around Windows a good upgrade for a plain Jane Regal $25.00 ea. Window = $100.00
Windshield if no wiper scratches or rock chips at least $50.00
Any good Fenders or Doors $35.00 ea.= $140.00 to $280.00

That is $1385.00 and I just got started!

        PLUS: Steering Wheel $50.00
        Horn Ring $65.00
        Horn Button $40.00
        Back-up Light Lenses $45.00 Left, $35.00 Right = $80.00

You get the idea, but there IS a lot of work involved, space and time required.
If it is not a Rush to get it gone that could work.

I am sure Bob Peterson will say: Wow! I have been doing something wrong, never got that much for all this junk, not even for a Coupe!
That is true, you have to "Market" this stuff on eBay.

Geeze, Rich. What kind of reply is that!?

What a welcome to the Forum. He posted up a Stude that his grandmother bought new and you've parted it out for him.

BTW. 40 bucks for a used Lark horn button?

You know, almost EVERY Stude is worth more in parts. No matter how nice of a car it is. Should we part them all out?

Well Matt he has already decided to sell it for around $400.00 so just trying to help.
I just paid $45.00 for a NLA used Left Back-up Light Lens like those, so the money is out there.

Yes $40.00 for a good Horn button, the lens covering it could be scratched, but can be replaced with New, they can go for $60.00 or more, they do not make them anymore you know.

All great ideas, unfortunately I don't have the place/time/sufficient tools to part it it out, and would like to let it go as a whole. I am also looking for a bit more than $400, I was thinking more along the lines of $1000

I see you wisely don't want to fill your home with all those parts that, though they have some value, will not sell quickly, or as fast as a whole car. I have a whole bunch of '63 stuff including rustfree (+/-) hood, trunk lid, front fenders and more dash parts, brake stuff.... you name it: all waiting for some 20 year old who wants a "starter" vehicle. I would sell all that stuff, and more, to that young buyer very cheap. So if you do sell it, feel free to pass them to me and we could make a deal. I think an asking price of $1000. is reasonable.
