  • Wasn't someone looking for a Stude schoolbus?

eBay seller IDs it as a 1938 K15b, 187" wb, last used as a "mobile grocery store"!

The seller is Mark Brians in Texas, he bought a '63 E-40 C&C with 195" WB from me several years ago. Given the scarcity of the K & J series trucks and the new tires, this is a very good deal. I think any of those trucks would be considered survivors.

I really like what's left of the original paint job, with that black "bow wave" coming back across the hood and fenders.

Look at that grille. While it is missing the elongated "S" that goes in the crank hole it otherwise looks good. If someone is looking for an unique example of a Studebaker truck from this era, this is it.

Wowwww, that is cool looking... and I just today bought a good-running 90 Dodge Utility Truck with a Cummins Turbo-diesel and auto...[8D] I bought it for the Fisher Uni-Mount plow- still deciding what to do with the rest of it...

It would be REALLY cool to have that bus... I could put in the Cummins, and I have that Bluebird coach with plenty of very nice seats, plus roof A/C........

Now wouldn't THAT be cool running around the area of the Meets?[8D]

                Again with the distance...............

As rare as this vehicle is, I would hate to see it modified. [V] It also now has a bidder.
