"Look Honey - I put it on ebay and it didn't get one bid! We'll hafta find something else to sell, I guess."

Wow! That's a line I'd not thought of before. Does it work? If so maybe I could sneak in another Stude and use it sometime.

Its not just that it has been listed and relisted - he uses the same exact pics each time. Nice enough car.

                I like the color.
It reminds me of my first Studebaker, a 57 Golden Hawk (a Corgi toy).

I'm as catholic (used as a verb) as anyone when it comes to restorations, but sometimes you've got to be happy that someone painted the car in a complementary color (as an example of what could have been done, see the recent thread on the custom painted Avanti II..."I would not have done it like this".)

If I saw it at a car show, I wouldn't now it was a wrong color for that year. It sure looks like something Studebaker would have offered, as opposed to some other hues or finishes (say an Avanti in a pearlized finish..don't get me started!)

You lost me. I sold a gold 39,000 mile survivor last week, but can't find a black one. In my opinion mine was a paint job away from being a nicer car and sold for 11K and change.
