I didn't know it was Matthew's family either!
(And Jim, you didn't 'tag along'... You were 'drafted' to push the GT Hawk onto the trailer.....)
Of interest with this 'story' is that John's engine quit at the very tip top of that mountain, and the lady who lived at the top would not let anyone use her phone. John 'coasted' the GT Hawk all the way to the bottom of the mountain, through all the switchbacks and curves, with no power brakes, no power steering, and no lack of courage.[:0]
I was just releived to get it fixed and it was an easy repair..
(and we made him buy the beer that night)

I remember that Matthew! I "tagged" along with Jeff Rice to help (watch) <G> if needed. John as you know works for Chrysler in the Truck plant I believe, and I emailed him on a "intergalactic backordered part" that I needed for a Dodge in the shop. I was told by Chrysler parts "no ship date available" John got me one in 2 days!
Didn't realize that was the Matthew clan at the time

Crap, I have the 64 front end burned in my brain this week, never mind. The worst part is, I knew it was a 63, I looked at it at the Charlotte meet.
