    The 1963 Lark belongs to David Murphy from New York State. I believe that is David standing next to his car.

            NO, that is a YOM (year of manufacture) New York plate. The little tag in the lower right of the plate is the year tag. I can't read it on my monitor, but it should say "Empire State" (NY) at the bottom of the plate.
            The current New York plates are blue and white and say "The Empire State" along the bottom.

                I talked to David and told him that we discussed the color of his car on the forum. He said he took a piece from under the dash and matched the color, but it has more metallic that the original.
