Assuming this was originally intended for a Caddy.........have the modifications been made to fit the manifold to a Studebaker V8?

              Joe,

What is the skinny on the manifold? Exactly what is it and is it really for sale? I am into intake stuff but I hate to hold floating funds for a possible purchase and because it never comes up for sale for real I pass up some other sure thing. Let me know.

I thought the OP posted here recently it was sold. Now that post is gone, and so is a response to it.

Cool intake, too bad it's a Cad version.

The one Dan posted appears its a re-pop and available at "Vintage Speed" from Charlie Price. Its $350.00, so with some carbs it may be a good deal, depending on the carbs. The tease was "3" carbs, instantly you assume tri-power, or at least I did, . An aluminum Caddy tri-power is an easy modification in aluminum compared to cast iron. Offenhauser and Weiand both made the tri-power Caddy in a high rise but only a 2 x 2 for the Stude by Offenhauser I believe.

                      Is the manifold for sale a 3 x 2 or a 2 x 2?

If anyone out there has a Caddy Weiand or Offenhauser 3 x 2 manifold that they want to part with let me know. Let me know if you even have one as I want some dimensions from it.

Do you want the dimensions from a Smoljan 3 deuce intake?

Phil Harris has my Cad Offenhauser 3x2 right now. When I get it back I would be glad to provide dimensions. As noted the 3x2 is exactly like the 2x2 Cad hi-rise, but with a center carb. Not sure why Charlie is not doing the 3x2 as there is more interest in that I would think than a 2x2.

This post was an error on my part except for my question below . Sorry .

Wonder if he could do versions with the head flange sides to Stude dimensions?

That is 3 "bolt" carb, like Holley 94s and Strombergs, not a 3 x 2 manifold. The pic is for a 4 bolt like an 2bbl Rochester.

He does sell this adapter, although I have my doubts how well it works regardless of the description that says otherwise.
