  • Did Frost and French sell new Packards too?

    This Packard has been around San Luis Obispo for several years. Just saw it at a repair shop and noticed the license plate frame.

    Maybe sold by Frost & French as a used car, as I don't think the frame is period correct for mid-50's?

    Yes they did, that is what they sold after Fords, Studebakers were added in about 1956. But many Packards were serviced there in the 1970's and earlier so that may be when the Car got the Lic. Frames if not sold there.
    This Frame appears to be a lot newer than '56.
