  • Steinkamp blew it!!

Molly (60 Lark wagon) turned 80K miles today hammering down Rt 104 to my Oswego house! Don't recall what she had when I got her from Dick in January, but it's gottta be a couple thousand anyway[^]

While I enjoy the heck out of this car, I feel a little sorry for Dick that he made the mistake of selling her to me...

All I can say is, thanks again Dick; and we'll see how many more miles we can rack up in the next few weeks before snow flies![8D]

    Congrats, Bob! [8D].

Here's Molly on the other side of the continent...

I did like that car for sure.

Just picked up a '59 2 door wagon. I can't get enough of these cute '59-'60 Lark wagons! []

(BTW, Molly had 78,320 miles on her when I loaded her on the car carrier headed east to you)

            She's right purdy, for sure!

            1953 Commander coupe

No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.

Well, by "picked up", I meant "bought and paid for". The car is still in California. I should be down later this month to bring it back. This is/was a 6 cylinder/auto, but I have a 259/auto, 44 rear end, V8 brakes, etc. that will be transplanted into it. Should be a sweet "surf wagon" soon.
