  • Looking for a GT body

Seeing that I have a complete 4spd. Daytona as a donor car coming for my Frankenstein project, I'm looking at the GT here. Complete and running 289 4spd, nice interior, full gauges, solid outer body, rusted frame and patched floors...

Thought about parting it, but that's a lot of work for probably not a lot of money... and the GTs have grown on me...

So I'm looking for a solid GT body or shell and clean frame to build from this car. Leonard found me one in Richmond, but the owner, while a nice guy, wants more than double what I feel it's worth.

If anyone knows of, or hears of one, let me know! No rush- this project would be WAY off into the future. Just wanted to put the word out there

Huh... that looks like just what I'd like[] but prefer a 62 because that's what mine is....

Oh yeah- and as you observed, without the $1500 shipping bill for a non-runner[xx(]

Bams, I'll get a few pics tomorrow of my grandma's '63 GT Hawk we're working on. Repainting a '66K mile, unrestored car. It should get you going...
