Hi, I just got a 1950 Champion 4dr. On the firewall is the number 9G-W5 and below that 28799. Can anyone tell me there meaning? Thank You, Stephen

Numbers on firewall

This is the body tag, not the vehicle serial number. 9G defines the year and model number, W5 defines the body style, the 28799 indicates the number of bodies made. If you are new, a first purchase must be the factory parts manual
