  • Leather seats in '61 Hawk?

I have a guy that is trying to tell me he has the family's '61 Hawk (always in the family) and it has leather interior. I don't believe that was an option in '61. Please correct me if I am wrong. I have not seen the car yet.

    thanks

Dan: I wonder if the seller (perhaps uninformed) is not misstaking the vinyl interior for leather?

Well Dan; you will know when you see it, as I am sure you know Vinyl does not get all those hairline cracks like leather! [}]

Wasn't there some special model that did come with leather- a 400 or something?

                            The 400 was a Golden Hawk, and a 58.
