    I have seen at least 5 RHD 1960-63 Larks for sale in the US during as many years, and this would have to be the roughest of the lot.

            For what it's worth it sure does look like it has an "8" on that Grille Badge, there is no way it has a Lark Bird on it.

            That is one driven hard and put away wet, looking Rural Router.
