This has been on the local craigslist for months and maybe if he leaves it on there for another 15-20 years it'll be worth what he wants for it.

It appears to be Just a stock cast iron AFB Intake for a '63-'64 that has been painted Cast Iron Gray with all kinds of A/C and Fuel Lines, Valves etc. etc. running all over the front of it.

For that kind of dough he's definitely got the wrong interior. Those funky modernistic door panels take far more away than they add.

If this is the same car, I talked to the fellow that owned it at the time....It was at the Iowa or Nebraska national meet. He was from S D, he told me that the car was first purchased in Pierre S D by a dentist or a doctor ....Maybe he moved or sold the car....I do know it was for sale a while back.....The car is one of the original 27 full package cars that was built before the move to Hamilton.....The car was rebodied with a car from Arizona, if memory serves me right....I don't remember the A/C being on the car at the time....Why I remember the car is the unusual treatment of the door panels and the Strato blue paint.....Keep on Studebakering

I would have some "buyers remorse" if I paid 27 grand and had to look at that interior every day.

Sweet looking ride with plenty of good things going on. Agree that the interior (especially the doors) is way too bland.

He is way out of the ball park on his price.
