    By S/N, it is a 1979. It may have been first titled in 1980, but it should be considered a 1979.

      It has been on C/L for 6-9 months. Started asking $4800 then $4200 and just lately $4000. Ad makes it sound like it's been sitting in grass/dirt for a couple of years. Wonder what the frame and hog troughs look like??

      It's only about 30 miles from me if someone is interested enough to want /need it looked at.

        Mine is RQB2999 ordered in November '79 and I picked her up in April of '80...she is registered as a '79.

          Yes, that is correct for your car. It is near the end of the 173 1979 models.
