This has to be one of the nicest '61 hawks around!.....It made the covers of 'Turning Wheels' in the recent past, and old SN-60 always enjoys looking her over.....really, really nice example!

Many Stude fans (Myself included ) feel the 1961 Hawk coupe to be the most 'perfected' of the '53-''61 original 'C' series. The '61 Hawk that I owned steered much easier than, say, My old '56 Power Hawk (both had manual steering), and the cushy bucket seats with the factory four speed floorshift really made that car fun to drive. As with My current Speedster, I put a supercharger on that '61....it moved pretty good!!

I'm not a big fan of green cars but this Hawk comes off to me as tasteful elegance. I really like it, wrong color fin or not!59 Lark wagon, now V-8, H.D. auto!
