Certainly one head turner of a car. I like it, plus I know a thing or two about head turners.

Thanks! Its the one shown above by another member's post yes? Red with ford grill? Certainly unique and well finished but not much like the Stubbybaker.

The Stubbybaker is a great piece of work. I assume many of you have seen pictures of the 1950 bulletnose Woody wagon that Steve Howard built some years ago. But have you seen his most recent project, a Sharknose Graham sedan made into a 4 door convertible? It is shown about one third of the way down this page - just search the page for Steve Howard. The car is red, really slammed to the ground when it is parked.

Can the Stubybaker owner not find the front script and hood badge?

    (I like the car, BTW)

A 50 would look better, becouse of a longer front fender.

This was posted over on the Mercedesforum. Enjoy!

Too bad he didn't do it with a 53 coupe.
Since we have a removable roof, our '53 custom might be similar to what you were hoping for.

Yes, it does look like a George Trosley drawing! Gotta be a hard ride over any kind of rough road, though - or even the joints in a concrete Interstate.
