Wow! How fast does this beast go? Did the back window blow out? I think the taillight housings and rear bumper might be actual Studebaker. The rest of the body must be fiberglass.

the engine class is XO that means it could be a lot of things. Here is what the rulebook says: "XO class consists of overhead valve (OHV) and flathead inline and flathead V8 (except Ford and Mercury) and V12 engines, 1959 and earlier design,up to 325 cid." Several engines come to mind, but a GMC straight six is popular and could put a car like that down the salt very quickly.
