For small screws? and into what?

In to the stainless window trim if yours is so equipped. Otherwise in to the door shell.
If screws did not come with your vent shades be sure to use brass or stainless screws.

I used 3/32" stainless pop rivets when I installed them. Very small hole and won't get loose.
