    It's a one ton Studebaker axle from 1953 (original) that was in it and the one in it now is a 1998 chevy s-10 blazer rear 3.73 gears and posi traction

    Very nice. Keeping the 6-lug wheels makes it look like a truck. What "special order 1-ton rear axle" was under there originally and what did you use as a replacement?

    Too bad the head cracked on the original Flat Head Six.
    I have available the original engine (it runs) Oil bath filter (refurbished) and the 1 Ton rear-end gear box!
