    • Watched "Biker triple feature" on youtube, just in the begining there's a white Wagoaire parked in the background.

      • There was a documentary on PBS last night called, "God Knows Where I Am"
They had a picture of the woman that it was about, Linda Bishop in a yellow '60 Lark Convertible before she had mental issues. Very sad story.

I have not watched this movie for years, since long before I had a Studebaker, so it would
not have been something I remembered. But I did remember how entertaining it was, with Peter Sellers, Herbert Lom and others, and when I watched the remake with Tom Hanks a few years ago I was very disappointed. I can't think of anything more pointless than remaking a movie that starred Alec Guinness or Humphrey Bogart.
I remember seeing that movie. It also had a senior 1937 Packard with Side Mounts in the movie. I did see the remake with Tom Hanks. Big disappointment. There are movies that should not be remade. I like Mel Brooks, but he shouldn't have remade " To Be or Not To Be"

          • A couple of Larks in A Bronx Tale, from 1993.

Note in the first pic, despite this being a big budget movie (directed by Robert de Niro), they had a little screw up and managed to leave in a Taurus or something, at the top of the hill on the right. Ha!

            • Watched on oldie last night on TCM called "Operation Eichmann". As the title states, it was somewhat depressing, BUT, at 1:26 and further to the show's end, there is a Bullet Nose 4 Door Sedan which actually pursues a bus! Gotta see that body lean in action.

              • Latest episode of FBI (Nov 13) at 0:41 sure looks like a Stude pick up in the background in a shop.

Last night? It was on TCM last month, I watched it, but don't recall what day it was.

Last night, they ran 3 Billy Jack films, then ran the original film again.

                  • Bill,
I guess it skews things a little time wise as I rarely watch when first broadcast but rather from my recorded list as I HATE COMMERCIALS! I need some of Sal's whiskey.

I too hate commercials, but TCM doesn't have them, except for their self promotions that they run between films.

                      • Finally watched that episode just last night. Truck is a 2R, might be a 1 ton or larger.

                        • Just saw "the real Buddy Holly story" (that's not the "Buddy Holly Story") in 10 parts on youtube & there's a white 53-55 Studebaker parked outside a movietheater in the beginning of the 4:th part.
(& In the beginning of #10 / the last part the camera shows a scrapyard shot from a train & there's rows of station wagons & I think there was a 55-57 Chevy Nomad there, imagen scrapping one of those today...)

Yeah. I don’t think anyone needs to apologize for not searching 700 posts. Lots of new eyes here since this started. I like seeing the movie sightings of Studebakers. I saw “Terminator” again recently and always look forward to the T Cab getting sideswiped in the parking garage.
