1959 Lark

I am looking to redo my 61 Lark door panels to be original design. It seems that there is one place that will do the original design. That is SMS fabrics. Looking at internet reviews, it seems that this company takes a long time to do their work and they seem disorganized.
Has anybody used them?

Also has anybody made their own panels? If so where did you get materials?
Your help is appreciated. (Pictures are especially appreciated)

Ive used Loga Enterprises and for the fabric I used a company in New England (think it's SFS fabric). Either way the final product was very presentable.
