It just occurred to me how picture can fake you out on ebay. I'm about to list my R2 Hawk that is pretty much done, but needs paint. As a matter of fact, anything that can go wrong to a paint job, has happened on this car. The paint was peeling down to the primer in a many spots, it's cracking and was a dull flat black. I figured I'd make it more presentable on ebay and see if you could really polish a turd. I rattle canned the peeled spots, used 3 buffing pads getting the dead paint off and took some pictures. Now, when I put it on ebay with a disclaimer about the paint, the bidders will think "hell, I can live with that paint"

Looks good, a little blurry though... is that the one I saw with the Nimesh engine?

What happened to the INTERIOR? Looks like a bright Orange/Red '62 interior! Doesn't your supplier have the correct '63/'64 Maroon?

It's not that orange/red in real life, just a medium red.The door panels I bought at York and may have more orange in them. That's my seats and I chose red over the maroon, not a perfect color match I guess, but closer to the door panels and 1/3rd of the price of the Phantom kit. It actually looks quite a different color in the pictures then it does in the live, I guess I could tweak the tint.
