Not the original RR wheels but, notice the absence of stainless trim. Were Rural Routers offered in a four door?

Steve Cade had one about 10 years ago that I vaguely remember. It was a white bare bones 4 door. Was as basic as it got, but I do remember it having the Vanity dashboard.

Emlenton is immediately off an exit on I-80 in western PA. It's beautiful country around there and the rumor was that there were more coal millionaires there once than any other town in PA.

That's why they call it an international meet, you never know who or what will show up.

My guess too. A few years back I was talking to the son of a very good Studebaker dealer (Anderson Motors, Garnett, KS). I asked him about surviving Studebakers in the area and he told me that most of them were driven until they were worn our then scrapped. He said they had sold a number of Rural Routers over the years. Interestingly, he (then working for Ford dealer) had just taken a 1 1/2-ton Studebaker truck in trade on a Ford truck and that he had already resold it.
His dad's claim was that there were more Studebaker trucks registered in the county than all others combined.

I noticed the 1962 grille mesh and makes me think that we have seen this car on the Forum in the past.
I would think that most RRs were (HD) AT.
