OK, I've got BOXES of older TWs issues - I wish they would/cfould go to someine who'd enjoy them. I may even part with my own library of them - almost complete.

I joined SDC in Dec 1975, I bought my brothers membership for him in June 1973,since then I have filled in the gaps with the old issues including the presidential newsletters before TW. We just downsized house wise and garage wise and in the process of moving my wife cannot understand WHY I feel the need to keep all of these magazines, in file cabinets, in my life still. I donot know about anyone else, but I read aTW almost every day, old or new, If the old issue is absorbed, I go to the file, open and grab a couple out to take to work to reread! the info is still great! wish the Classified sections were still useable...........Hey Nelson, I would like that super lark you were tired of and selling in 1975! They say admitting your problem is the first step to recovery, but I really do not want to recover....I am just a little dormant right now with the actual car work...... My name is Lark63 and I have a problem...so I am told!

Beings the collection pretty well approximates my accumulation I'll be glad to ship them to anyone who would like them. On your postage.

I've not inventoried them but the ones I've seen go from the mid '90s to the mid 00's.

Someone must know you enjoy them. I know I'd love to have an archive of Turning Wheels. I have a small handful that were my grandpas and the last couple years since I got sucked back into the hobby, but not much else.

PM me your address. I have a friend's collection of TW's and his widow really doesn't want them.

Pick out a random address in the roster and mail the person a pile of TW's. I guess that's one way to dispose of a 30 year collection of them. <grin>

Perhaps the lug nut you put under your pillow convinced the "Stude Fairy" to visit.

started a topic Strange things are happening

    Strange things are happening

I came home from getting my summer haircut today and found on my door stoop a box with 10 to 15 years of Turning Wheels, no address, just delivered to my door. As far as I can tell they were sent to a SDC member in Troy Ohio. Thats about 2 1/2 hours from me.

Why me? What did I do? Does anyone know about these?
Working...
