    The 55 looks like the one that was stolen and then recovered a while back.

          Interesting how some '55 President 'State Sedans' have the upper door frames, (actually, the painted areas within the stainless door trim), painted the lower body color, (which I personally believe is a nicer look), while
          others, such as this '55, have that area painted the upper color. California production maybe?
