      That is a Vernon (LA), California built 1954 Commander that is now in Pennsylvania.

          I think you are thinking of that red '53 custom convertible that got burnt. This one looks like it was an even worse fire!

            ooops- ya caught me!!! I guess I assumed without looking that it was the same car. I mean- how many burned '53/4 Studes can exisist on the same website at (or near) the same time...?

            I'd better be careful of mine should it ever get back on the road, eh?

                  What is it with these burned Studebakers? As stated, that is the second one in a Copart auction in the last Month. I was following that 53 Convertible up in Portland but did not see what it went for. Does anyone know how much or who may have got it?
