I remember reading articles about Frank 'Rebel' Mundy and His 'Fabulous Hudson Hornet' with the Confederate flags all over it in the old 'Speed Age' magazine...quite a showman!

I thought that the only other driver to win a NASCAR race in a Studebaker was Danny Weinburg who won at Hanford, CA 10-28-51. But that was the only win - not two wins. I assume we are speaking of NASCAR Grand National, not NASCAR modified.

And if you were thinking also of NASCAR Sportsman, maybe Rene Charland? I believe his Studebaker was Studebaker powered, unlike some other Studebaker Sportman cars.

My error. There was no other who won two NASCAR in a Stude. I apparently confused myself. Duh.
