  • The Woody being driven!

I emailed this to our regional SDC club president, and believe our club's donation last Christmastime to the Woody project at the SNM was money well-spent:

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Looking forward to seeing it at the big meet this summer!

        Woo-hoo, Bill!

All we need now for contrast is a "before" picture of the woody's carcass being hauled out of the Proving Ground High-Speed Oval infield graveyard decades ago. 'Talk about things some of us thought we'd never see....!

I recognize the background, there, as being SDC President Tom Curtis' place of business. BP

I can't wait to see the woody at the Int'l Meet. I remember seeing the car (partly disassembled) at the old Studebaker Museum in 2007. It's good to know that a bunch of dedicated people have restored the car to its original beauty. It's come full circle.

It's so amazing to see such a rare bit of Stude history come back to life. It looks amazing.

That is really great to see. The Karel Staple chapter has also been a benefactor. So nice see the results.

What a thrill to see the Woody mobile in all its glory. I can recall Phil Brown showing me this same vehicle in its initial days of restoration back in the nineties.

It's hard to believe it's the same car in the photos.

Is that Max Corkins standing next to the trailer?
I saw the woody at his shop in Lewistown maybe twenty-five or so years ago.
