While I agree it's most likely the same car, how did you know the one for sale now is serial R-5019? There are so few exterior and interior options to really differentiate the same color Avanti from another one, is the only reason I'd ask.

Check the master cylinder and the glass bowl fuel filter. That was the clincher for me.

Master cylinder is incorrect , but the glass bowl filter was used and is correct, for a R1 engine in 1964.
