These have been popping up once a day for the last few weeks, in local papers, financial tipsheets, and car blogs, who should know better. Hemmings, greatly to their credit, is the first to exhibit any skepticism at all. Then, you have to wonder what the guy is spreading around to get that kind of exposure.

I didn't detect any skepticsm on the part of Hemmings. The way I read it, they bought the BS hook, line, and sinker.

DISCLAIMER: Studebaker Motor Company is not yet able to produce vehicles, as we are in the planning stages. However, we are almost ready to sell Studebaker shirts and hats.

Surely you jest. The Hemmings report was loaded with well-merited sarcasm.

                  From the photos...could be done.
The things that the design concepts show are much the same as Ford, Chrysler and GM have done for years....buy a car and rebadge it..!

Same for the motorcycles. Two of the engines depected are Harley knockoffs. A couple of the bikes look very current in many details.

It's the Stude name........why so negitive..?
Let'em try...without being so down on them..!
If they make it...great, if they don't (for what ever reason), hey...at least they tried..!

Check out the comments on this GM board, there's some praise for our Studebakers on there.
