                Todd, check above in the fine print under ships to : US and CANADA. Also below says will accept payment from US or Canadian bank. You're good to bid and its located just across from the Windsor border. I have purchased a number of times from the US where they list No Foreign Bids, but when I contact them they say didn't mean Canada. It seems to often refer to outside North America.

                  Todd, check above in the fine print under ships to : US and CANADA. Also below says will accept payment from US or Canadian bank. You're good to bid and its located just across from the Windsor border.
