Clever birth announcement for Clara Allison Wendt by PeterHawk

Good friends Christine and Matt Wendt welcomed the arrival of their first child, Clara Allison, on October 14. Pete wrote a very clever and creative announcement inn the chapter newsletter, below; enjoy! And, thanks to Pete Bishop for sharing!

Welcome Clara Allison Wendt, the newest member of the Iroquois SDC Chapter. She arrived at the Wendt dealership on Friday, October 14, 2011. She came with a 19 inch wheelbase and 6 lbs. 12 oz. Gross weight. She has a beautiful beige exterior with a wonderful, full brown top. Right now her timing is set at every three hours and after topping off her fluids there are just a few small leaks from her crankcase. Her audio system is a little weak but will improve in time.

yep, once she's "broken in" a bit, those coolant and sludge leaks will become prevalent.

Any guesses on what her first Stude will be?

If she wants one it will surely be a beaut. Matt has a gorgeous black '76 Avanti that took a Designer's Dozen award at the Syracuse Nationals in 2010- that's 12 out of about 7500! And, he drove it in over 3 hours on the Interstate with the A/C blowing nice and cold.

Currently he's restoring an r2 GT that will be every bit as beautiful. So she'll have some good examples...

Who knows, maybe she'll talk Daddy into painting one of those cars pink.....
