  • Pittsburgh, 1951, from today's Old Motor. (Yes, I see at least one Studebaker; anyone see more?):

We've got to quit saying, "How stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a challenge.

    • If you freeze-frame this at 2:21, you'll see what appears to be a 1961 Lark 2-door on the left:

      • High on the hill, car parked behind the white 1959 Ford wagon; is that a dark blue or turquoise 1951 or 1952 Studebaker?

Starlight coupes, convertibles, and Land Cruisers had one piece windshields in 47-52. The car in the picture is a five passenger (later called a starlight) coupe.

All models had one piece windshields in 51-52.

They won't catch any speeders with Champions.

I hope they at least have overdrive. Usually/often, Custom Champions do not.

                          • How much ground clearance do these two police cars have ??

                            • It's typical of 51-52 Champions to sit high in the front when the springs are new.
