    • #7552...the "utility"...wonder how it was used? What ended up on the chassis? Fifth wheel, flat bed, stake bed, dump bed, fuel oil tank, septic pumper??? What have I left out?

      Notice the service truck...even the dealer didn't spring for the optional rear bumper, or two tail lights.

                • Steamer in #7554 looks to be part of the C & O line out of Ludington (my home port) as it is named the Pere Marquette (can't read the # after name). The last of the fleet, the Badger (#43), is still plying the waters in the summer using coal for the boilers. Great photo that brings back memories.

                          Actually I didn't recognize it. However, I have seen the car during my one trip to the Bonneville for Speed Week.
