The online version of the Springfield paper used to have a feature where you could drag the mouse across the screen and view 'then and now' photos of various locations in the city. I believe that Sears building was one of the places. Can't find that feature now.

Here is a Land Cruiser, I think.

Over the fins of the 1957 Chevrolet it looks like a mid-1950s Studebaker roofline. At the extreme right in the picture there's a front end that looks like it could be a Willys Aero.
