The domed building on the left is the Sinclair Centre at 757 West Hastings Street. It is one of Vancouver's heritage buildings. Built in 1910, it was the main post office until 1958.

Definitely Colorado. BC plates had no letters on them at that time.

            • Lincoln Highway Kearny, Nebraska 1915 I am not so good with the early cars. What year would this Studebaker be?

Looks like a '55 to me. That profile is definitely Ford. And check out the chrome strip on the front fender. The trunk lid, rear window curve, it all screams Ford.

I think they are talking about the green car across the street not the yellow one .

                  • Ah. On re-examination I think you are correct 2R5. I was a bit slow to catch on to that. Thanks for pointing me to the right car.
The green car does look like a Lark with modified taillights. Oh, those crazy, loveable Cubans!

#2470: The car in question is the green car at the right. The yellow car in the foreground is a 1956 Ford.

Could the car in post #2466 be the same one and the same; just a different time of the year?
