I would HOPE those '51 Stude. 2 dr. Sedan Police Cars are Commander V8's with Overdrive, if they expect to catch any Olds and Cadillac speeders!

That Cuban '59 Lark in #2470 has some interesting Brand "X" Tail Lights, but I understand it is common in Cuba to run with whatever parts you can find!

I think the Cuban Lark is actually a Ford. I see nothing about it that would indicate it was a Lark. That is ALL Ford.

Dwain, I think you are correct.

The car on the right side of the photo is a 1950 Monarch (Canadian clone of Mercury). While the license plates in the photo are fuzzy, they look like those from Ontario.

I think the Cuban is a Studebaker Lark. It doesn't resemble any Ford that I'm aware of. Look at the left side, the shape of the roof, back glass and rear wheel opening.

RE#2475: That poor driver in the Olds ragtop; if he drove that Studebaker he wouldn't have to worry about all those passengers overloading the suspension!!!! He'd most likely be by himself tho.......
