    Yes it does, John. I had seen that and forgot to note it.

    Considering that there is at least one 1959 model in the photo (the Edsel), perhaps it was a 1958 Packard Hawk unit. But it doesn't look like it; it rather looks like some goofy, universal aftermarket accessory. BP

    • Yes It does, John.
      1952/54 Ford/Merc had a similar 'toilet seat' .. but it butted up to the rear of the decklid, called a Coronado kit.

      Dunno who John is, mebbe related to the toilet seat.
