Does anyone know if I can use a Lark rear bumper on my 1963 Wagonaire Daytona?

From what I see in the parts book, yes, providing the Lark bumper is from a 63 or newer.

All 62 and 63 Lark style cars used the same bumpers, ie you can use one off a 62 or a 63. The front and the rear are actually the same core, the rear one has a couple extra holes for the license light wires to feed through. The wagons used a one piece license guard if I remember correctly while the sedans used a two piece set of guards.

I believe that the rear bumper from a 1962 -1963 sedan and wagon are the same, except for bumpette holes which can be filled with bolts. You can not use sedan bumperettes on a wagon. 1964-1966 bumpers are different than 1962-1963 bumpers (recheck your parts book Mr. Webb). I didn't look in a parts book, but I know that 1962-1963 bumpers are shaped different than 1964-1966 bumpers (they will physically fit, but will be incorrect and not match the front).

The one piece "U" shaped License Guard was only used on '59-'61 Lark Wagons, no Wagonaires.
