License plate bracket mounting bolts

I need to remove the license plate bracket that mounts to the bumper of my 55 Commander. The bolts won't come out with a socket.

Before i start in on it,I want to get replacement ones in case something happens.
Does any one know the size of these bolts are?
I would like to replace them with stainless.

Nothing special about them. I just used bumper bolts.

Your parts book will give you the size . Check w/Stude International.

Or you can just get some 7/16" X 14 X 1" Stainless Steel carriage bolts and with a belt sander slightly re-shape the heads before you polish them.
