    Hey, that looks great. LS in a Stude pickup...can't go wrong with that. Is this the truck in your signature photo? Seems like the GM motors are takin' a liking to you, or visa versa. Keep us posted. Junior

            That's it all right. If you look closely, you can see that he boxed in the frame to strengthen it for the fatman. Looks like we need to put some headers on it to make room for the steering hook-up. Now it's time to hang the front sheet metal and make sure the suspension is positioned right. Then take it apart again and weld it in place and paint it up.

            Then we need to get the headers before we make the motor mounts. I'm getting an aftermarket heater and A/C unit for under the dash so the computer can go on the shelf where the old heater was.

            Now I'm getting excited......

                I've never seen that many fan blades in a Stude before
