  • Look'n for a vendor

    Hello Gang,

I looking for a vendor that was at the Springfield meet this year that was selling these really nice button up shirts (they were an off white almost yellow that had embroder "Studebaker" or "Avanti" on the right hand side)

I think that thats all he was vending (embroder clothing)

If any one know this guy or has contact info please let me know

    Thanks

Were they the ones right by the main door when you came in on the left? if so then they were the host chapter selling the shirts.

      Hello Gang,

Thanks for those who have responded, however the search has turned up dead ends,
I have included a picture of one of the product that said vendor in question sells, again if anyone can help please let me know.

      Thanks

It was not the host chapter.
Give me a day or so and I might be able to come up with the name of the vendor.

If you get the shirt. Then you would have to buy an Avanti.

I'm thinking it was either Studebaker International or The Museum.

No Chris it was neither one of those. My wife visited with him for a while but does not know who it is. He was located right across the isle from the Cox's booth, they had a few t-shirts and caps for sale. Per my wife the vendor in question only had Avanti merchandise for sale.

                Frank,
It sounds like it might have been the Avanti Club. I believe they had a booth for part of the meet.

That sounds plausable Gary. I am currently in Branson and asked Wilbur Kaylor and he is bringing the vendor layout sheet tomorrow so we should be able to pin it down for sure.

I know for a fact that its not the Stude Int. nor is it the SNM. I don't know if it was the avanti club or not.. he had studebaker shirts also.. honestly thats the issue.. my shirt should have said studebaker.

Maybe you should keep the shirt and buy an Avanti . ! ?

Ok here is the scoop. Talked with the swap meet chairman and we checked out his vendor list and booth locations sheet he brought today and we pretty much decided it had to be this guy: Name: Larry Crapo. Business name: Club Outfitters Inc. Phone: 320 nine eight three 2115. Give him a try, hope this helps.
