  • Crossmember needed

    A person from Ohio called me the other day looking for a transmission cross member for a 66 Cruiser. Anyone have one laying around they want to sell. Just trying to help the guy out. PM me if you can help. Thanks guys.

      I think he probably is looking for the somewhat rare '65-'66 Only, crossmember at the rear of the Trans. if so, it is not flat like a batwing, it's a round pipe.

        All he said is transmission cross member so yes the round type, not"batwing"

          If you are not able to find an original one, Summit Racing has a variety of adaptable units available. Here is an example of one that I used in my car. Cost is reasonable. Search fro universal Crossmember to see more than 25 different ones.

                Ray thanks. If you don't mind I'll send you the guy's e-mail by private message,you can then deal directly with him, he is in Ohio somewhere. He is not an SDC'r......yet.
