  • L.A. Noir - Virtual Studebakers

Not beeing "Game Addicted" myself, I have a couple of son's that spends a lot og time in front of their computer's gaming.

Dooing a lot of 3D modelling with particulary Autodesk Software (Inventor, Alias ++), I'm alway on the look for nice computer models of cars from my facourite years (late forties / early fifties). Notice this new game (L.A Noir) has quite a few (close to 90 i belive) detailed models that can be driven around in this game, so I guess it's time for the old man to get some tips from the kids on how to handle these games :-)

Anyone aware of other "digitally reproduced " Studbakers ?

In combinations with a good CAM sofware (Mastercam) and a CNC Milling machine, it's amazing what can be made !

    That's very neat.
My brother found a US 6 Studebaker truck on a video war game several years ago.

I was watching the Canucks vs. Sharks Hockey game on Sunday when they were advertising this new game. I thought I caught a glimpse of a late 40's Studebaker in the commercial. I guess my eyes weren't deceiving me.
