Ed called me today, always nice to talk to him. He has some very nice Studes and knows how to lay down a paint job. That '53 looks great.

I agree, the '53 looks "wicked slick!"

I was over by Ed's on Friday night. Yeah, nice job Ed!
I think Mr. Mac's car looks great in black.
I can't wait to see it done and with the new wheels.

I am partial to 53's (you would have probably never guessed), but all three are "way cool"
Is that the right expression? I LOVE Drivers. Almost makes me have second thoughts about
not painting mine. Can't wait to see it with trim on and sitting outside.

I really like the headlight treatment, Great color black but you need to be confident in your body work. This one looks like the body is straight.

            Thanks for posting.

remember guys, these pics were taken while work was still in progress. Ed said most of the car was in "rough buff" but the drivers door hadn't been wet sanded yet.

I've seen his 64 R2 Commander in black, the 53 will be more than spectacular, trust me.

I second what others have said. Having known Eddie for nearly 20 years, I have seen him take a total piece of crap car and turn it into an outstanding work of art. Plus Eddie, Cindi, and his son are good people - I am proud to consider Eddie one of my best friends.
