I am hijacking your thread a little here unless you can help me.
I want to run a 1405 or 1403 Eidelbrock Carb on Sandi's 61 Hawk Stock 289 cid. It currently has a 2 bbl intake on it. So I am looking for a 4 bbl intake to accomodate this carb.
Hoping to find one close by and cheap!
      Any help would be appreciated.
      Good Roads

          Woody,
I have no idea what intake fits a 289, but I saw this on Ebay.

            Studebaker Intake?

That's strange, this guy has been buying & selling Studebaker parts for years, and does not recognize that Intake as a CADILLAC? It has a Cadillac part Number.

Any Cast Iron Intake would have to be Factory, and that is not from the Studebaker Factory!

He knows what it is, he just forgot. You are just jealous the WA shipping is more!

Some wagon parts are on ebay now.

I think you mean 25. One of them (the '55) does NOT belong on the list.
Or rather- the drivetrain does not. It's a late '55 Commander, BTW.

                      more pics

here are a few more pics, kind of hard to get it all in. The blue hartop is pretty rusty, but the Disc Brake set up has what look like near new rotors, and all the brackets and hardware to do a swap. I think there are 2 complete set ups and parts from others.. I have new seals, hoses and calipers to make it like new.

I thought for sure you were going to scold him for violating the one post limit in the Forum advertising policy!

Seriously, good luck with those, Mike. Wish I lived closer for one of those Wagonaire frames and another TT 44.

I would almost bet Ron, that what you want is what everyone wants, a good front clip! Sorry, someone already beat you to that. It is a '56 2E7-122 with no Eng. ,Trans, , or Front end, just Cab, Bed, front & rear Axle, Steering Gear and Frame, make offer on all or part!

Well, I ought to bet you the truck that my intention wasn't what you think. Actually, you've answered my question. Yet, at the same time, you're also quite right. However, with the cavet that I was interested in the rest of the truck coming with that front clip. Out of curiosity, how rusty is the remainder of the truck? Are there more pictures of it available?
