  • 1957 Packard wagon on eBay

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Packa...fCarsQ5fTrucks

It looks to be complete and in reasonable shape. I don't think I have seen the rocker panel trim before. Is it stock? Mine doesn't have it.

That's a real pretty looking Packard Wagon and I hope that one of you
is in a position to snap it up ( if it is affordable ) . Whilst the rocker
moldings may not be original , they don't detract from the car .

But those added rocker panel mouldings sure could hide a lot of rust like you see in the lower tailgate hinge area!

Nice looking wagon -- would be nice looking in my garage!

Anyone notice the Edsel wagon thru the windshield:

The former or probably current owner, has a collection of '50's Station Wagons, those are only 2 of many.

It is a rare one in that it still has a supercharger on it and even with a belt installed.

It is nice to see how the car has been improved upon each time it pops up on eBay. In one of it's first ads I can clearly see how bad the seats used to be, as well as some of the other issues it had back then...

You know what is REALLY REALLY odd? The last five times this thing has been on eBay I (nor anyone else who posted in the threads about this car) even noticed those~
              Good catch!!!

Is this the same one that was on eBay a year or so ago with the worn area in the drivers seat? IIRC, it bid to around 21k but didn't make reserve.
